Today I will explain the different parts of trainer exercices.
But I start with one introduction of this training. The training is the part of sport, who to develop the muscles with the training of sport, and there produce, a better body. This is the principal objective of this training, and have a good health.
Well, the first part of this topic is talk about the principal principles of the training.
This part is: adaptation principle.
The human body, with the exercices changes the body, because this is adapted of this exercice and change this level for the next time.
On the exercice, the body is tired, and is necessary to rest. On thsi part when the body's rest, the boday was adapted, and is better.
The second part is the progressive exercice:
On this part it says, the human body for obtain the solid adaptation, is necessary a progressive training of the different part os body.
The next one is principle continue, when the people practice, don't practice old the days on the body, but is necessary for this adaptation with frequency for improve the body.
And the last principle.
On the exercices is necessary to rest for a better health, and for practice this, is change a different exercices on different days.

The pirates

Hello, today I will explain the pirates but now, I don't explain the typical pirates, if not the informatic piretes.
In actuallity, are a lot of people who have computer with internet. But, the computers have a lot of programs, who this people takes for download videos, music, documents, computer programs or software, and others. Also with virus.
But now, exists a lot of problems with this people bucause, don't bought the original CD. But not anly exists the computers, because, the white CD's is compatible with a normal computer who burn the cd and have the videos, music.
But, doesn't of there are illegally. Because illegal part is, when one person have there videos and start to sell there CD's of people.
For this, a lot of people, bought there CD's, because the original CD's costs aproximally 20€, and with there people costs 5 or 10€. Now the police catch this people and who buy this prducts, and there go to the prision.
I know a lot of people who wins money with this, but normally, who sell there products in big scale, are the illegal perons who enter in the country and don't have money.
Well I was explained today this, and the next day I explain more interesting practices, and topics.

Tv programs

Hello! I explain today the tv programs.
Exists a lot of types of tv programs, but there are in two situations:
The first situation is the tv by cable.
And the second is public tv.
The first tv it's the tv service, in here the people pay only for see the prgrams who are on this form of tv.
In here the tv have more money and have an international programs for see, and there not have much people to see them. In here the good programs are in here 1 year later than the public tv.
In here better series and have 200 tv programs.
The other is the public tv who have the last programs than the first, there have the national programs a little good and international series. But, normally are good, but exists an important problem the publicity, this have a lot of problems because 1/4 part of the program on one day are this quantity of publicity of old.
Now I say the different global series:
Fiction series, the news, big brothers, cartoons, tv series, the weather, documental series...

The humans

The humans are the first animal of the world who are intelligent.
In the story of the humans, there origins in part of centre of Afrca, and there travel arround the world for survive. Because there are adepted with a lot of types of climates.
And then the human use the hands for create items for eat and others practices.
Later, the humans looks the power of the fire and then are used this power for cooking and lights, and hot.
This think are very good for society and help the humans to create a lot of items to help.
Later, the humans used the power of fire for kill a more people and starts the war.
Now, the people looks more to pacific than others lasts years, and now is better.
But exists the wars.
The humans arround of his story believe in others sirs who have more power and more stronger, but there are, in actually the Sun, and others facts, who's considerate normals.

The games

In the history the childs plays a lot of games arround the world, and in different countries exists different plays, or games.
In the past of the years the games are prefectionaly, with more difficult rules in old types of games.
Normally the childrens are only the players because, they have more time than fathers , and the fathers only have a work, only for this think the people start to say, the plays and games are only for the childs.
But now exists games for old people, for intelligent people, and no.
In the world, they starts the games in the street, but later the people was inveted table games. There games are more famous arround the world because, the adulhood, likes play on there games because help to relaxing and use the brain a lot. With this types of games the people training there brains. For exmaple: chess, poker, strategic games, bingo...
But now, in there times the poeple starts with a new renavtion of games, there games is necessary use the tv. This types of games changed completly with the others because, there games to contribute adiction to plays in there games.
But the thecnology gives in there games parts of films, and are goods, but are an others who only contribute for kill people, and similars. (The machines are: playstation, Wii, and similars.)
Well, I finish today and I gives you one game of microsoft who are a kill people, but this game is so famous arround the world. Gears of war.

The music

This topic talks about the music.
Today I explain the music of the wolrd.
The music exists are more to 2000 years, and it was created for the humans. Arround the world, are very famous because is a one job who likes old people, and estimulate the senses, and relaxing.
The music on the time changes, there music are more difficult, and create this with the invent of the humans, the instrumental.
There machines create a music and there machines on the time are prefectionaly, with the forms of likes the people. And there create the music with the song.
There is very important because in actually forms with this.
On the time the model to likes music changed. And are a lot of compositors famous: For example: Beethoven, Chopin, Vivaldi, Verdi, Mozart... and more.
Now this music are not use and the people created a lot of types of music, because the news tchnologies are changed.
For example: Pop, rap, techno, house, reggae, makina... and more.

This is the first therm of the year 2008-2009.
In this blog I explain a lot of information about a lot of things and interesting thinks, about the differnt subjects of the school, but with this advantage, I not lose motivate in this year, because I don't pass the last year and I work a lot.
I don't like explain more about this think!.
Now I return with more motivation for pas this year because if I don't pass, I don't go to stdy in this center.
I wait, this year, my teachers, they see my work, of this return than the other year.
This summer I practice a lot of talk in English, with cousins of Poland.
