Physical education


Today I will explain the different parts of trainer exercices.
But I start with one introduction of this training. The training is the part of sport, who to develop the muscles with the training of sport, and there produce, a better body. This is the principal objective of this training, and have a good health.
Well, the first part of this topic is talk about the principal principles of the training.
This part is: adaptation principle.
The human body, with the exercices changes the body, because this is adapted of this exercice and change this level for the next time.
On the exercice, the body is tired, and is necessary to rest. On thsi part when the body's rest, the boday was adapted, and is better.
The second part is the progressive exercice:
On this part it says, the human body for obtain the solid adaptation, is necessary a progressive training of the different part os body.
The next one is principle continue, when the people practice, don't practice old the days on the body, but is necessary for this adaptation with frequency for improve the body.
And the last principle.
On the exercices is necessary to rest for a better health, and for practice this, is change a different exercices on different days.
